Variety is possible

Map of Productions

To see the full spectrum of rainbow colours, it is necessary to think beyond black and white. This is why UEV is committed to providing everyone with the opportunity to establish a local production, adopting an inclusive approach without unnecessary access barriers. The variety of products and production sites offers a broad spectrum of possibilities. The UEV community

Community creates strength

Membership Agreement

UEV is running the interactive platform of the “e-Mobility Community of Local Manufacturing Companies” and is working with its partners to provide component delivery, knowledge transfer, capacity building and production support.

Bronze Members

As a bronze member of the global e-community, members receive a password for the Data Room, where they can access the latest company presentation, an updated product brochure, the UEV membership contract, and past lectures and webinar recordings.

Silver Members

As a silver member of the global e-community, UEV clients have access to the download sector, where they can find out about the next steps in setting up a factory to produce batteries and electric vehicles.

Gold Members

As a gold member of the global e-community, UEV clients have access to comprehensive information on every step required to establish an assembly plant in their respective target city or harbor.

Transferring knowledge comes at a price

License Contract

Production licenses shall be non-exclusive, unrestricted by countries and without a royalty downpayment. Anyone can participate in the construction of their own factory and under their own brand name.

The licensor of the intellectual property typically requires the licensee to pay up to 5% of sales and grant the licensor 1% of the shares in the licensee’s  Special-Purpose-Company to control sales.

Know-How Transfer

KHT via Wiki
An encyclopedia of best practice examples

Transfer of technical, legal and economic know-how (know-how transfer – KHT) is a key factor in business development. All members have access to the wiki.

A “Wiki” is a broad guide: a.) from the construction of batteries or vehicles b.) through to the improvements of fleet operation c.) to a guidance for the disposal of components. The network encyclopedia tries to cover the range of knowledge through internal network experience and with best practice examples. The internal wiki also contains drawn up business plans, actual sales brochures or a vehicle rental concept.

KHT via e-Mail Centre
Support Member's information inquiries!

UEV’s e-mail center serves as the primary point of contact for members seeking additional support.

To ensure optimal customer service, UEV will forward members’ inquiries to the IP-Partner experts to obtain the most precise answers in a timely manner, unless the answer is already available

KHT via training on the job
A topic of human resource management

The IP-partners help to set up the factory and the production lines for assembly. The training of the member’s staff takes place on the product in the workplace. Employees acquire their knowledge and skills through practical experience while performing their daily tasks.

UEV documentation from the IP-partners, including illustrated parts breakdowns and  film clips.

KHT via Business Conference
Encounter face to face!

At least once a year, UEV organizses a member conference and a product exhibition. The goal of these events is the exchange of information among members. The venue and focus topics are subject to change.

Best Practice Business Plans

A comprehensive body of documentation already exists regarding the business opportunities and risks associated with the sale of electric vehicles for both private and commercial purposes.

For the „Unlimited Mobility“ concept, UEV has developed a „Zero Emission Kit,“ a customized customer package. This kit includes an electric vehicle, an additional replacement battery, and sufficient PV solar modules.

An opportunity for infrastructure investors

Additional Income Streams

There are a variety of services that can generate income:

Mobility as a Service (MaaS). Fleet operators can reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) by revenue streams from fleet operation software for logistics mobility, renting and leasing platforms.

Battery as a Service (BaaS). Historically, gas stations primarily sold fuel. Today, they are providing batteries.

Charging as a Service (CaaS). The majority of investments are directed towards developing the necessary infrastructure for electric vehicles (EVs), including the establishment of charging stations and power plants, that rely on renewable energies.

Build your fleet operator!

Vehicle Rental Concept

„MayBe-MyBee“ is a sales and marketing concept developed by UEV for a fleet operators (beekeeper) who also manage rental vehicle stations (beehives) and battery charging stations (honeycomb stations).
