UEV is running the interactive platform of the “e-Mobility Community of Local Manufacturing Companies” and is working with its partners to provide component delivery, knowledge transfer, capacity building and production support.
Access to company deck, product brochures, membership agreement, and past lectures/webinars.
All Bronze features plus step-by-step guides, business plans, production license access, and participation in webinars and conferences.
All Silver features plus full assembly-plant documentation, wiki best-practice guides, expert support via e-mail, on-the-job training, and annual member events.
Transfer of technical, legal and economic know-how (know-how transfer – KHT) is a key factor in business development. All members have access to the wiki.
A “Wiki” is a broad guide: a.) from the construction of batteries or vehicles b.) through to the improvements of fleet operation c.) to a guidance for the disposal of components. The network encyclopedia tries to cover the range of knowledge through internal network experience and with best practice examples. The internal wiki also contains drawn up business plans, actual sales brochures or a vehicle rental concept.
UEV’s e-mail center serves as the primary point of contact for members seeking additional support.
To ensure optimal customer service, UEV will forward members’ inquiries to the IP-Partner experts to obtain the most precise answers in a timely manner, unless the answer is already available
The IP-partners help to set up the factory and the production lines for assembly. The training of the member’s staff takes place on the product in the workplace. Employees acquire their knowledge and skills through practical experience while performing their daily tasks.
UEV documentation from the IP-partners, including illustrated parts breakdowns and film clips.
At least once a year, UEV organizses a member conference and a product exhibition. The goal of these events is the exchange of information among members. The venue and focus topics are subject to change.
A comprehensive body of documentation already exists regarding the business opportunities and risks associated with the sale of electric vehicles for both private and commercial purposes.
For the “Unlimited Mobility” concept, UEV has developed a “Zero Emission Kit,” a customized customer package. This kit includes an electric vehicle, an additional replacement battery, and sufficient PV solar modules.
There are a variety of services that can generate income:
Mobility as a Service (MaaS). Fleet operators can reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) by revenue streams from fleet operation software for logistics mobility, renting and leasing platforms.
Battery as a Service (BaaS). Historically, gas stations primarily sold fuel. Today, they are providing batteries.
Charging as a Service (CaaS). The majority of investments are directed towards developing the necessary infrastructure for electric vehicles (EVs), including the establishment of charging stations and power plants, that rely on renewable energies.
“MayBe-MyBee” is a sales and marketing concept developed by UEV for a fleet operators (beekeeper) who also manage rental vehicle stations (beehives) and battery charging stations (honeycomb stations).
Please do not hesitate to get into contact with us. UEV’s primary function is to collect and distribute orders and information.
The access to further information for the members is managed trough e-mail and a data room software.
